Samantha has been creating cake art for 15 years, since training and working and teaching at Planet Cake and Celebration Cakes, Sydney. Her Cakes are known for their premium cake ingredients, realistic novelty cakes and modern wedding creations.

Samantha is focusing on serving her community with delicious cakes, cupcake and macarons. Samantha is also undertaking a new creative collaborative direction with brands and content creations via Instagram and TikTok, making her a valuable collaborator for brands seeking user generated content and edible branded cakes and cupcakes.
