SOLD OUT Join us for a fun and delicious afternoon of creativity, connection, and treats! Do it while comfy in Christmas PJs!

We’re hosting our very first Christmas themed Cake & Sip event in Woolgoolga—where you’ll decorate your own gorgeous 5″ cake vintage piped Italian Meringue Buttercream cake, tea or coffee, and enjoy a selection of nibbles in a relaxed, social setting. Best dressed in their Christmas PJs gets a prize!

Whether you’re celebrating with friends, planning a girls’ day out, or simply wanting to try something new, this is the perfect way to unwind and get creative.

Description

Ingredients listing (may contain all or some of the following): organic flour, sugar, free range eggs, buttermilk, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt,  organic vanilla,, callebaut chocolate, cream,  organic raspberries, organic oranges gold leaf. Other ingredients may contain traces of nuts. Our cakes are all made with love from scratch, no packet mixes here!

CAKE CARE AND TRANSPORTATION

All cakes are packaged in a sturdy cardboard cake box  with non slip matting and are placed on a cake Masonite board.

Pump that air con during transportation to keep the cake as cool as possible. Place your cake on a flat surface (boot or the floor of the car works well) or bring a friend to hold the cake while you drive.

Cakes styled with fresh or edible flowers are best eaten within 24 hours of pick up, as the flowers have the tendency to wilt after this time

Keep your cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature an hour before serving

We recommend using a sharp (not serrated) knife to cut your cake. Because ganache and buttercream will stick to the knife, dip it in hot water and wiped dry before each cut to achieve clean cake slices.
