All our products are baked from scratch in The Sugar Kitchen with the finest ingredients, including organic flour, free range eggs and locally sourced produce. We use the best quality RTR fondant Bakels, to cover our cakes.
Our cakes are first torted and brushed with sugar syrup (this keeps your cake delicious and moist).
The cake is then layered with irresistible white or dark chocolate ganache.
The whole cake is then encased in ganache to seal in the freshness of the cake and create those perfect sharp edges.
If you choose RTR fondant as your finish, the RTR is rolled to 3mm thick to cover the cake. This gives you a well balanced flavour of the cake, ganache and RTR icing.
The Sugar Kitchen has a beautiful collection of cake and cupcake stands for hire.
All stands are $30 to hire with a $50 deposit ($50 will be returned on collection of stand).
Delivery to Woolgoolga is free.
Delivery to Coffs Harbour is $20.
