A subtle white chocolate mud cake with real vanilla bean & layered with Callebaut white chocolate ganache.

SALTED CARAMEL MUD CAKE

Satisfy your cravings with this sweet caramel mud cake with TSK made salted caramel filling. This flavour is covered with Callebaut white chocolate ganache.

LEMON BUTTERMILK CAKE

Zesty and fresh, this cake has lemon zest added to create a burst of flavour. Layered with white chocolate ganache and filled with TSK made lemon curd.

RED VELVET CAKE (eggless option available**)

Cocoa & buttermilk flavoured cake, coloured bright red layered with our creamy Callebaut white chocolate ganache and cream cheese.

ORANGE & ALMOND CAKE GF DF*

A delicious moist gluten & dairy free cake. Layered with Callebaut dark chocolate ganache. This flavour comes at a small extra cost.

BANANA CAKE. EGGLESS OPTION AVAILABLE**

Added to our menu by popular demand! This tasty classic flavour has walnuts and cinnamon. This flavour comes layered with Callebaut white chocolate ganache.

CHERRY RIPE BROWNIE CAKE

Our newest flavour, this deluxe cake is a delicious mix of cake and brownie. Filled with Cherry Ripe bars and a coconut cherry filling then encased in Callebaut dark chocolate ganache. Please note this flavour has an additional charge and is only available as a top tier, for structural reasons.

EGGLESS VANILLA CAKE

TSK has added this for our egg free community on the Coffs Coast. Filled with white chocolate ganache filling. You have the option of a white chocolate ganache finish, an American Buttercream finish or fondant.
